This site is mostly a photo journal of what has been going on in my life recently.  I will try to update all of you on what is going on with Sarah and I.  Georgia has been an interesting adjustment for us.  We both enjoy being out side as much as possible and currently have had way to much rain for our liking.

April 4-5 Sarah and I took a the PADI scuba diving certification class.  We had a blast in the nice warm salt water pool using our new gear at the Divers Supply store in Macon, GA.  We completed our open water dives in Blue Water Springs, Alabama in August.   

September 12 and 13  we went camping in North Georgia.  This time we took some friends up there with us.  The boys enjoyed hiking again.  We were hoping for some colorful leaves.  However, they haven’t really started changing yet.

We are trying our hand at refinishing furniture.  We started on my grandmothers dining room.  We got it stripped and have been trying our hand at staining...which apparently is about impossible in Georgia!  We have put stain on the bottom of the table.  Almost 3 weeks later it is still not completely dry.  The humidity is killing us.  I put a giant fan on it and that is finally allowing it to  dry out.  Hope to get the top done here in the next few weeks. 

On November 24, 2009 Sarah and I got married in Windsor Colorado. The wedding went off with out a hitch and we left for our honey moon on November 26, 2009.  We spent a week in St. Lucia on a typical vacation for the two of us....scuba diving, water skiing, hiking, kayaking, horseback riding, 11 zip lines through the rain forest, drove through a volcano, snorkeling, and a relaxing boat tour down the coast of the island.  I am working to get some of the over 1000 photos we took up on my site!
